Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

 

Delivery Time

We ship to the United States. Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after your order is processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2-5 days to show updates after shipping.

 

Multiple Items

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

 

Wrong Address or Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days and we will help you resolve it.
